Welcome Back to Springbank Middle School!

The staff at Springbank Middle School are excited to welcome back our students, families, and community for what we know will be a great 2025/26 school year. Each school year brings fresh opportunities for learning, grow, and connect, and our staff are eager to share those moments with both our returning Eagles and the new faces.

Our committed team of teachers and staff are preparing classrooms, activities, and learning experiences that will challenge, inspire, and support every student. We look forward to working together with our families to make this year one filled with success, belonging, and a strong sense of community.

Office Hours

Our school office will reopen on Monday, August 25 for the 2025/26 school year.

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 am – 3:30 pm
  • Friday: 8:00 am – 2:30 pm

School Tours

To help our new students feel at home, we are offering guided tours of the school on:

  • Wednesday, August 27 - Start 1:00 pm
  • Thursday, August 28 – Start 1:00 pm

This is a great chance for grade 5 and new students and families to explore our school and get comfortable before the first day. Be prepared to travel in large groups. Unfortunately, teachers will be unavailable during this time.

School Start Schedule

SMS continues to stagger our entry for the 2025/26 school year.  This provides our younger grades an opportunity to explore and experience our school will be limited The following highlights the staggered entry.

Grade 5/6           Tuesday, September 2 @8:40am

All Grade            Wednesday, September 3 @ 8:40am

Parking & Entrance Update

Please note that our regular school entrance will be closed off as of August 31st,2025. Entry to Springbank Middle School will now be connected through the Calaway Park entrance on the north side of the school.

There will be NO access into the SMS parking lot from Range Road 33.

You will also notice that the original Springbank School building has now been demolished as part of our site updates and additional parking may be available.

Further information may be forwarded to families if needed.
